Above Ground Pools
We carry two types of above ground pools:
The traditional steel wall pool has a top rail, with up rights, and a vinyl liner. These pools include sand filer, pump, skimmer and return. The manufacturer’s warranty on the pool finish can be between 20 years to 40 years depending on the model. Top rail and the upright brace width is an important factor in determining the pool quality and strength. The wider the top rail is the better the quality of the pool. The wider the top rail – the longer the manufacturer’s warranty on the pool finish too. The above ground pools are available in both round and oval shapes.
The soft wall pool is made of reinforced vinyl and acts as a liner and a wall. Tuff Pools soft wall pools are designed to be left in place all year round. Most other soft wall pools are not designed this way. They must be taken down and stored for the winter. Soft wall pools are also much easier to install for the do-it-yourself person. These pools are available in round and rectangle shapes as well as specialty pool shapes like a swim fit pool. Swim fit pools have water current that allows the swimmer to swim against the current. Tuff Pools have a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.
